  • If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
  • In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
  • In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
  • No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
  • In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

Fantastic afternoon on the water, enjoyed every single minute of it! Friendly staff and most of all: the service and assistance by Max (the one who gave me my surfing gear) was above my expectations! I was alone and hadn’t been surfing for a few years, he gave me advice on what board and sail to start with, proposed to take a more difficult board after a few tracks, all included in the not even expensive price: absolutely value for money!
