What’s Included:
- A marine expert who will tell you all about the fish and corals you can observe
- The entrance to the Sea Aquarium park is not included
- A guide can accompany you on request, but normally you will receive all the information from the guide just before you step into the lens, so that you can enjoy the lens independently
- There is also a board with explanations in different languages
Meeting & Pick up:
- This tour does not offer pick-up service
- Start time: Between 9AM and 4PM, every half hour
- The duration of this activity is 10 minutes
Know before you go:
- You descend 19 steps to 5.2 meters below sea level in a cooled room with a large window, the Ocean Lens
- Children between 6 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Entrance for children from 6 to 12 years costs $7, and from 13 years and adults the entrance costs $15 per person
- Children under the age of 6 are not allowed to participate
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

It's a really nice place to see the aquarium and dolphin show. We didn't do the dolphin swims, submarine, or deep ocean lens, but it was still totally worth it. Check their website for the daily schedule. There's plenty to see with just your basic entry ticket.

Very nice place, you can see a lot of from the sea And life under the water.
Better to check times of events in seaquarium. It is better to attend when feeding or shows are presentw.
You can buy ticket online or at the entrance. Parking is allowed outside of whole Complex. 3usd

Great experience, the staff at thr Sea Aquarium were all very knowledgeable, warm and courteous. Be sure to visit the dolphin academy to see the training demo it was exceptional, and the dolphins are super talented.
