A cancellation up to 24 hours before tour departure entitles you to 100% refund.

Welcome to our cancellation policy page. As a reseller of several tours, we understand the importance of clarity and certainty when it comes to cancellation procedures. Before booking a tour, we encourage you to read through the cancellation policy of the tour you wish to book. However, booking with us offers an extra layer of support and peace of mind. Should you encounter any problems or concerns about cancellations, you can rest assured that our dedicated team is here to help you every step of the way. From facilitating refunds to liaising with tour operators on your behalf, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
  • Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to tour departure entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure, the guest is not entitled to a refund unless the cancellation is due to illness and is accompanied by a valid doctor's note.
  • In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking who cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
  • No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged in full.
  • If the tour is canceled by the organizer due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the tour will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient, the full amount will be refunded.

Right of withdrawal
The legal cooling-off period and right of withdrawal (as set out in the EU Distance Selling Directive) does not apply to services to be delivered on a specific date or within a specific period. This includes tickets and vouchers purchased through the My Curaçao Guide platform, such as tours and activities.
