- Leave behind the early morning hustle and go for a late 09.30 AM departure. Feel the luxury of a relaxed morning and sail off to paradise at a relaxed pace.

Refund and cancellation policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

If Not the Serendipity - Don't
I booked through Miss Ann specifically for the luxury experience of cruising on a yacht, with only one hour travel, and less likely to get sea sick. The website did say Serendipity would be undergoing maintenance in May, but there was no update that this extended into June. So imagine my surprise when I paid full price, only to show up at the dock in June to see a much smaller boat, and to be told it was an hour and a half boat ride, decreasing the island time by an hour. The sea sickness was real. The ride there was miserable. My wife and I unexpectedly sat in an area that was a splash zone. We were constantly waterboarded by ocean water, to the point we had to sit with our eyes closed and body bent over the entire hour and a half in order to be able to tolerate the ride. By the time we arrived we were soaked head to toe, and so was all of our belongings. I can't imagine this would have been the case on Serendipity. While we weren't water boarded on the ride back, we were nauseous from sitting in the incredibly hot center of the boat, directly between one of the crew members chain smoking and the boat fumes. The staff was fine, the food was fine. The island was fine. But the boat itself really sullied the entire experience. If I would have known we would not be on Serendipity, or at least a boat that was comparable, I would have booked with Mermaid. At the very least, the company should have updated the dates Serendipity was out of commission and been more forthcoming with what the replacement boat would be. And quite frankly, the prices should be decreased when not offering a comparable experience.

Klein Curacao trip
We booked a trip to Klein Curacao in advance to ensure availability on a specific day during our vacation in Curacao (had other pre booked activities). Unfortunatelly our excursion was canelled twice (the 2nd canellation was at a short notice). We agreed to go on an alternative day (and on a smaller boat). The island itslef is beautiful and id happily go back during the next visit in Curacao. Miss Ann facilities on the beach were good - clean toilet, palapas, good choice of soft drinks, OK breakfast and lunch. The crew was friendly.
Im not sure about the final touch of the trip, one of the crew members was standing at the exit with a box for the tips... would feel less "pushy" if they left the box at a table etc

This tour is great for tourists who just want to sit on the beach all day and do absolutely nothing. The food is fine (included) but the bar is terrible, unless you enjoy a warm vodka with flat Fanta which you have to pay for (cash/credit card). We had been on this excursion before many years ago when turtles were abundant and the sea life as well but not anymore. This island has nothing left but dead coral, except for when they blow the whistle on the beach at the end of the day to gather everyone around to go snorkel around a little boat where one of the workers is throwing fish food in so the tourists have something to see. What a tourist trap!! Regardless of how beautiful the sandy beach is there, we had that same sandy beach in front of our hotel. We booked this excursion wanting to snorkel and see the turtles, that is what we went for and that is what they are selling but the turtles left this area many many years ago and now they just point out rocks as turtles like we were idiots.

Not worth what it costs
18th may. We boarded an alternative vessel. This boat is OLD and filled to the rim with guests. The sea was bumpy. It took long to get to Klein Curaçao. The crew is great, really, but they cannot perform miracles. Effectively we were way shorter @ Klein Curaçao as projected because if the slow boat probably. I would not recommend this trip @ regular price for irregular vessel and shorter time ashore.Food and crew and location is great. Everything else...not so much. Not worth the money.
