• Klein Curaçao trips will no longer include snorkel sets. Guests are advised to bring their own equipment.
• Please note that it is not permitted to bring your own food and beverages on board, unless this is medically necessary.
• BlueFinn Charters does not serve alcohol to guests under 18. You may be asked for identification! 
• If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance and the chef will gladly meet your needs. You can indicate any allergies or diets on the booking form.

• Booking this tour will initiate an enquiry for availability. Booking requests do not guarantee availability.
• We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
• If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
• In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card.
• Please note that when booking this tour you will pay a downpayment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance at least 24 hours before your tour date via a payment link provided by email.

• With 48 hours notice or more a full refund will be honored or, alternatively, clients may change the date of the trip at no additional costs.
• With 24 to 48 hours notice a 50% refund will be honored or, alternatively, clients may change the date of the trip with a rebooking fee of 30%.
• With less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
