If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card.
Please note that when booking this tour you will pay a downpayment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance, and any transfer fees, on the day of your tour before check-in.

Refund and cancellation policy:

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

We had an absolutely perfect day with Mermaid Boat Trips on the trip to Klein Curaçao – highly recommended! The day started wonderfully on a large, safe boat with coffee and tea available right away (followed by breakfast on the island). Klein Curaçao itself is a magical place: a stunning beach, crystal-clear water, and plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas for everyone. Everything was very well organized and relaxed. You can also book a massage, which we didn’t, but it’s a nice addition. The lunch was phenomenal – truly a highlight. Delicious BBQ, homemade sauces, fresh salads, and fruit, with great options for vegetarians and vegans as well. You could really tell how much effort and love went into the food. The ride out can be a bit lively depending on the sea, but we took motion sickness tablets beforehand and had no issues at all. A few guests felt unwell, and the crew handled everything with great care and professionalism. The return trip was very calm, so there’s really no need to worry. The crew was incredibly friendly, attentive, and engaged throughout the entire day, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. An unforgettable experience from start to finish!

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The booking process was smooth and professional, and arranging transportation afterward was just as easy. The crew were incredible—friendly, attentive, and made the trip to Klein Curaçao safe, comfortable, and so much fun. Their area on the island was perfectly set up with lots of shade and a very relaxing vibe. The BBQ lunch was outstanding and far exceeded expectations. Klein Curaçao was beautiful! Mermaid provided a welcome breakfast and a wonderful BBQ lunch. They have a private beach club with lots of beach chairs. The access to bathrooms and a beach shower were welcome necessities after a fabulous day on the sun and sea. The staff were kind and very organized. Well done! I walked around the island exploring the sights and soaking in the history of the island. Mermaid provided literature to help learn about Klein past and present. I highly recommend booking the tour of Klein Curaçao with Mermaid Boat Trips.
