Know before you go:

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop begins.
  • Please note that when booking this tour you will pay a downpayment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance on the day of the workshop. Studio Ferdi accepts cash, card and most creditcards.

Reservation process:

  • Booking this tour will initiate an enquiry for availability.
  • Booking requests do not guarantee availability.
  • We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
  • If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
  • In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card.
  • Please note that when booking this tour you will pay a downpayment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance, and any transfer fees, on the day of your tour before check-in. 

Refund and cancellation policy:

  • A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
  • In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
  • No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
  • In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

Great food. Very nice service. The crew does their best to keep everything running on time. Food is also on point. Lovely place to sit and soak in the beauty of the city. It gives you that Latin-vibes-on-the-island-feeling.

Loved it so much for dinner that we came back for lunch later in the week. Great food, great value. Smoothies were a huge hit. Arepas amazing (chicken salad and beef tenderloin were the faves). Do yourself a favor and go!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a soda but was given plain water instead. There were two non-alcoholic beers listed on the menu, but neither was actually available. When the food arrived, no cutlery was provided, so I had to ask for it. The chips were cold, the burger was mostly just a bun with very little meat, and the breaded chicken was not enjoyable at all. Overall, poor service and low food quality I wouldn’t recommend it.

Cool atmosphere, excellent service (with a smile). We ”only” had their nachos but they were delicious. We also had two of their ”blue” drinks which I can recommend (see pictures). Don’t miss this place when in Willemstad.
