Fun and informative with a practical souvenir

Learning to filet an aloe Vera and make our own after sun spray was so fun! We even got to eat some. They gave us homemade banana bread and juice while we made our spray. It was yummy!

Nice shop, rude shop keeper

We visited today and the older Dutch female shop keeper was incredibly rude. We were the only ones in the shop and she behaved like our asking questions about the products was just about the most insulting thing in the world to her. We bought a few items to support the operation, but honestly I would suggest the owners get a handle on how their employees are behaving.

Great tour - would do it again!

Very easy and interesting tour. We were lucky enough to have a private tour (no one else signed up for our time slot). Susan was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. She had a great delivery - we thought she might have been a teacher - and was wonderful to chat with. If you are looking for something light to do, this is a terrific way to see some of the island culture and learn about aloe.
