What to expect?

This tour is the best of land and sea. Our first stop gives you a bird's eyes view of the Snorkeling Spot, Caracasbaai and the Baya Beach area. We then cruise along the coast to the actual snorkeling spot where the real experience begins. You get to snorkel at one of the most beautiful places on the island. What makes it unique is a sunken boat of over 30 years, is responsible for housing many beautiful fishes and other sea life. The wreck is also not more than 5 meters below surface. But it's not only fishes that lives here, octopuses and garden eels also lives here. You must experience it for yourself, there's so much to see.

Know before you go:

It is not mandatory to have snorkeling experience, but all participants must know how to swim.
Minimum age for Snorkeling is 8 years old.
Scooter max load capacity is 135kg.
Minimum height for operating e-Scooter is 1.55 meter or 5 feet.
2 Scooters minimum per booking.
Arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time

Additional information:

If you've booked your tour and would like to be picked up and returned to your hotel/ cruise, they can assist you. After booking your tour, please message Eco Cruise with your booking ID and hotel to be picked up at. They will communicate back with you the specific time and details.
Make sure to be ready at least 45 minutes prior to the tour.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

Zanzibar Restaurant – Jan Thiel Beach The restaurant was able to easily accommodate our group of nine at one large table. We all enjoyed our food, and the service was pretty good. The restaurant is outdoors but has plenty of covered seating, so you still feel like you’re dining indoors — just with that breezy beach vibe. Since it’s part of the beach area, there’s paid parking, but it’s convenient if you’re already visiting Jan Thiel. Overall, it was a nice spot and a good experience.

The atmosphere is fantastic. You're beachside with great music, cool breeze, and decent drinks. The food is okay, but the service is horrible. They are so incredibly slow and customer service is generally not a priority. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place at all unless you're the beach chairs. If you're going just for the restaurant, I would highly advise against.

Just service sucks: atmosphere excellent but staff look more into talking with each other than serving you. And when you do go up to them to get a drink at the bar it’s takes over 20 min for the drink to come. Too bad cause the spot location is 10/10 for Sunset
