Meeting point & pick up:

Meeting & start point: The tour starts from the Dreams Hotel parking lot, located on John F. Kennedy Boulevard (Piscadera).
This tour does not offer pick-up service
Start time: 9:00 am or 1:00 pm
Please be present 15 min before departure time.

What to bring:

Clothing: Wear old, comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. It’s advisable to wear your swimwear underneath for convenience.
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers, are recommended for safety and comfort.
Sun Protection: Apply sunscreen before the tour and consider bringing additional protection like a hat or sunglasses.
Towel: Bring a beach towel for drying off after the beach stop.
Identification: Drivers (21+) must carry a valid driver’s license and keep it secure during the tour.

Know before you go:

Price is per ATV (same price for 1 or 2 persons).
Drivers must be 21+ and must show a valid driver’s license.
Passengers must be at least 1.20 m tall (3'11).
Not recommended for guests with back or joint problems, pregnant women, or young children.
Guides speak 4 languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
Beach chairs are available for rent at your own cost (subject to availability) .
Only 4 UTV's available.

Reservation process:

Booking this tour will initiate an enquiry for availability. Booking requests do not guarantee availability.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card.
Please note that when booking this tour you will pay a downpayment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance at least 24 hours before your tour date via a payment link provided by email.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

With 48 hours notice or more a full refund will be honored or, alternatively, clients may change the date of the trip at no additional costs.
With 24 to 48 hours notice a 50% refund will be honored or, alternatively, clients may change the date of the trip with a rebooking fee of 30%.
With less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
