Participants must meet the required height and weight restrictions
Minimum weight: 25 kg
Maximum weight: 125 kg
Minimum height: 120 cm
Digital waivers must be completed in advance via the booking system
Customers will automatically receive a reminder 24 hours before the activity
If the waiver has not yet been completed, an additional reminder will be sent

Additional information:

Seniors aged 65+ receive a special rate, and participation is allowed provided they meet the safety requirements.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
