- Pick-up is not available, you must arrange your own transportation to the meeting point

Know before you go:
- Participants must meet the required height and weight restrictions
Minimum weight: 25 kg
Maximum weight: 125 kg
Minimum height: 120 cm - Digital waivers must be completed in advance via the booking system
- Customers will automatically receive a reminder 24 hours before the activity
- If the waiver has not yet been completed, an additional reminder will be sent
Additional information:
- Seniors aged 65+ receive a special rate, and participation is allowed provided they meet the safety requirements.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
