This tour does not include hotel pick-up. Once your booking is complete, you can request pick-up from Aquafari for an additional fee.

What to bring:

Swimwear (wear under your clothes).
Reef-safe sunscreen.
Water shoes recommended.
Glasses or contact lenses allowed inside the helmet.

Know before you go:

Maximum weight: 275 lbs / 125 kg.
Not suitable for pregnant women
Not suitable for guests with heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, or recent.
neck or back injuries.
Do not participate if you have a flight within 18 hours.
Age-Required: Min. age required: 12 years.

Reservation process:

Booking this tour will initiate an enquiry for availability. Booking requests do not guarantee availability.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card.
Please note that when booking this tour you will pay a downpayment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance at least 24 hours before your tour date via a payment link provided by email.

Refund and cancellation policy:

A cancellation up to 48 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 48 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

It was an experience of a LIFETIME!! My daughter and I went and TRULY enjoyed ourselves! The guide and diver were very pleasant, knowledgeable and prepared us well for the excursion. I was a little nervous at the beginning, but they helped me calm down and enjoy it. The view below the ocean is BREATHTAKING! Seeing and feeding the fish was AWESOME!! We took many pictures and they recorded videos of us. The staff upon entry was also very friendly and helpful. The small jellyfish nips were a bit irritating, but they give you alcohol afterwards to apply to affected areas and it worked very well. You can go barefoot, but we wore water shoes. The breathing in the bubble is easy and the guides are there every step of the way…you feel safe and secure. This is a MUST-DO when in Curaçao…I want to go again!!💕🇨🇼😁

I had the best time!! The staff that worked there took care of my Mother making her drinks lol and I went out Auqarifaring with the very experienced divers and my group. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever done and I have no dive experience at all. It was amazing feeding the fish and the pics they got were fabulous! Can’t wait to come back next year and do it again!! Thanks to the amazing divers and fantasticly friendly staff!!

We purchased and paid for 4 Aquafari tours. Our ship arrived at 8am and headed stright to Aquafari. Upon arrival we were told we were late, Due to the local time change. They then explained they could put 2 of us on the next tour at 10, 1 on the 11 tour and 1 on the 2pm tour but this wouuld require an $85.00 rescheduling fee per ticket. We asked about a refund and were told it not their fault the ship is on Miami time. We understood the mix-up but they were just looking for a money grab. This is also $50.00 taxi ride from the boat and takes a minimum 30 minutes to get there. Taxis will be hard to catch unless you get your driver to come back. We never got to experience the tour so I can't speak to that but their customer service was unacceptable. **Save your Money **Be aware of Time Change as their Site says nothing about it **You are going to an area with nothing else around it.
