Such an AMAZING time!! OMG. The instructors were so patient and understanding. They honestly made it super easy for us non swimmers ❤️❤️❤️. Highly recommend this experience!! I would do it again and again.

It was an experience of a LIFETIME!! My daughter and I went and TRULY enjoyed ourselves! The guide and diver were very pleasant, knowledgeable and prepared us well for the excursion. I was a little nervous at the beginning, but they helped me calm down and enjoy it. The view below the ocean is BREATHTAKING! Seeing and feeding the fish was AWESOME!! We took many pictures and they recorded videos of us. The staff upon entry was also very friendly and helpful. The small jellyfish nips were a bit irritating, but they give you alcohol afterwards to apply to affected areas and it worked very well. You can go barefoot, but we wore water shoes. The breathing in the bubble is easy and the guides are there every step of the way…you feel safe and secure. This is a MUST-DO when in Curaçao…I want to go again!!💕🇨🇼😁

Was a great experience. While we did not experience quite as much as some of the photos show, we did see plenty and it was so fun! The photo package was cheap and worth it. I brought a GoPro, and I am SO glad I did! SO much great footage. Scooters are easy to use... anyone can do it. I thought I would be scared of being underwater in this contraption, but after 2 seconds, it was fine. The team explains things so clearly and safety is a top priority. The underwater experience lasted about 45 minutes. Great experience!

The Aquafari experience was definitely unique and something I’d never tried before, but in my opinion it’s quite overpriced for what you actually get. We paid around €275 for two people, including photos, and received about 20 pictures in total. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the briefing beforehand was clear and professional. There were plenty of guides, which made us feel safe. However, we were told to arrive strictly on time (which we did) but then had to wait around 30 minutes for the rest of the group to arrive. That didn’t really make sense to me. While waiting, we were offered coffee, which seemed like a nice gesture, but later we were charged for it, that felt a bit odd, especially considering the price of the experience. Ironically, we later found out that coffee isn’t even recommended before the dive, since it can increase motion sickness. My partner actually did feel seasick during the ride. The instructions underwater were mostly good, but some explanations went by quickly, for example, the part about pressure points wasn’t entirely clear to me. During the dive itself, I expected to see more marine life or have more freedom to look around, but it was mainly a guided loop with one feeding spot for photos. It felt quite controlled and more focused on taking pictures than exploring. All in all, it was a fun and special experience to try once, but for almost €150 per person, it just didn’t feel worth the price. With a bit more underwater variety or personal experience, it could easily be much more memorable.

Be ware!! They have extremely shady business practices, Like others who have reviewed this. We were told we were late because we were looking for the pick up location. We scheduled a port pick up through Trip Advisor but had no idea where it would be. We had no way to call do to roaming so we went to the Port authorities. They called for us. They said we missed our time but would be happy to put us in a later slot... for $85. they also said we did not arrange a pick up location (which we did and I told them that) and they said that would cost an additional $45. Port authority was so disgusted by them that they advised us to go to complain and get our money back from the tourism board but we wanted to salvage whatever time we had left in Curacao before we boarded our cruise ship. We lost our money and it left a bad taste in our mouth. BEWARE! They will get you for what they can and are out to milk tourists. DO NOT book this.
