Reembolso y cancelación:
- Una cancelación hasta 24 horas antes de la salida del viaje da derecho a un reembolso del 100%.
- Menos de 24 horas antes de la salida, los huéspedes no tienen derecho a reembolso a menos que la cancelación se deba a enfermedad y vaya acompañada de un certificado médico válido.
- En caso de enfermedad, sólo se reembolsará el 100% a la persona enferma. Los demás participantes de la misma reserva que cancelen el viaje no recibirán reembolso alguno, a menos que el proveedor decida lo contrario en función de las circunstancias.
- Los participantes que no se presenten, o que pierdan la excursión por llegar tarde, y las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de antelación a la actividad programada se cobrarán en su totalidad.
- En caso de cancelación por parte del organizador debido a condiciones meteorológicas u otras circunstancias imprevistas, la excursión se reprogramará. Si la reprogramación no es posible o el nuevo horario le resulta inoportuno, se le reembolsará el importe íntegro.

I would not recommend this restaurant. It is not worth the significant upfront price you pay ($75CAD) for the food.
The highlight was certainly all the meats you got — the chicken & sausage were exceptional. The salad bar was limited but not bad.
The problem really came from the obscure rules that inhibited our experience and there was no transparency.
When we arrived, there was no water. We were told we could buy water. That is an incredible concern given how much the food cost. We said its okay we have our own water then. We proceeded to put our waters on the table. This was upsetting given the price of the food, but perhaps understandable.
Then 20 mins later, our server interrupts us to say that actually we can’t have our own water bottles. So the only option here is to BUY your own water. For how much the food costs (again, not worth it, its good but not that good) it was insane.
They have a cool location but I will not be returning. Their treatment and lack of transparency was disappointing.

It took me several days to write this review, which is based solely on the Christmas dinner show. The restaurant is located in a beautiful jungle themed resort, and the atmosphere and surroundings are stunning.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the Christmas show. We did not expect it to feel like a nightclub, with singing, rap, and dancing throughout the entire performance. We have a vacation home in Las Vegas and are used to fine dining, shows, so we were hoping for a traditional dinner show rather than a concert/club experience.
As for the food, I’d give it 3.5 stars. Only one beef dish were good; the rest was just okay, and the ham was terrible. Drinks were also average. If you’re a meat lover, this place might appeal to you, it’s very heavy on meat with minimal sides and nothing particularly impressive.
The staff were friendly, but so are mosquitoes. Honestly, considering the price, I don’t think it’s entirely worth it. I might give it a second try for a regular dinner to see if the salad bar improves the experience. For now, I’m giving this place 3.5 stars

My family and I only did the jungle experience/tour and it was great. Tour guides are most often what make or break experiences like this. We didn't eat at the restaurant (it was closed til 5) or stay at the pool. The tour was very informative and the tour guide was very personable. There were quite a few parrots and the whole thing was very fun, especially for kids.

We did the Jungle Tour. Incredibly bad and feels literally like a a scam. On the website it says; “along the way you get to interact with some of the animals and get a chance to feed them”. There’s even pictures advertised of people holding parrots and different snakes. There was 0 interaction, we didn’t get to hold any animal, not the cockatoo, ara or any snake. Nor did we get to feed any. The tour guide was an incredibly uninterested girl. My girlfriend was curious if she studied something with biology or wildlife so she asked her. Her response was that it was a mere internship and she lived close that’s why she chose it. She said she doesn’t even like animals, just cats and dogs. How can you even say this to paying customers. No wonder her uninterested and grumpy mood was so profound. I regret not asking my money back. Advertising something completely different than what it actually is. I advise to skip this place.

The hotel absolutely amazing! One of the most cozy and beautiful. Staff is so sweet and kind. Also they have mini-zoo inside of the hotel and if you stay there tour is free. The animals are the best and nice. Restaurant one of the most greatest meat I ever tried. Highly recommend! ♥️
