• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before the appointment
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area

• Final price may vary depending on size, placement, and design details.
• The design must be finalized before the appointment.
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed beforehand.
• Not suitable for pregnant guests.
• No downtime is required after the tattoo session.
• Avoid sun exposure, swimming, and intense exercise for 7–10 days.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided.

• Booking this activity will initiate an enquiry for availability. Booking requests do not guarantee availability.
• We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
• If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
• In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card.
• Please note that when booking this treatment you will pay a downpayment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance once you arrive to the spa/clinic for your treatment.

• A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
• In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
