No pickup service is provided.
Please arrive on time at Mesoestetic Clinic, Fokkerweg 56.

Know before you go:

No preparation is required. If possible, please arrive without makeup.
Suitable for all skin types. This is a comfortable treatment with no recovery time.
There is no downtime. The skin can be exposed to sunlight afterward, provided SPF is used.

Reservation process:

Booking this activity will initiate an enquiry for availability.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Booking requests and initial payment do not guarantee your booking will be confirmed.
If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card.
Please note that when booking this treatment you will pay a downpayment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance once you arrive to the spa/clinic for your treatment.

Refund and cancellation policy:

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
