Menos de 24 horas antes de la salida, los huéspedes no tienen derecho a reembolso a menos que la cancelación se deba a enfermedad y vaya acompañada de un certificado médico válido.
En caso de enfermedad, sólo se reembolsará el 100% a la persona enferma. Los demás participantes de la misma reserva que cancelen el viaje no recibirán reembolso alguno, a menos que el proveedor decida lo contrario en función de las circunstancias.
Los participantes que no se presenten, o que pierdan la excursión por llegar tarde, y las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de antelación a la actividad programada se cobrarán en su totalidad.
En caso de cancelación por parte del organizador debido a condiciones meteorológicas u otras circunstancias imprevistas, la excursión se reprogramará. Si la reprogramación no es posible o el nuevo horario le resulta inoportuno, se le reembolsará el importe íntegro.

I had an amazing 5-day stay at Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The service throughout the hotel was consistently good, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The man-made beach was such a cute and unique touch! It was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. I especially loved that they offer food and drink service right on the beach, it made the experience feel even more luxurious and convenient. The towel service was seamless and appreciated as well. One of the best parts of staying here is the location. It’s within close walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Plus, it’s not a very far drive to and from the airport, which made arrival and departure stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to staying here again the next time I return to Curaçao. I absolutely love this location! The staff are genuinely warm, welcoming, and truly invested in making sure we enjoy every moment of our stay. This was my third visit through Wind Creek Bethlehem, and my host Dylan always goes above and beyond to make each trip feel extra special. What stands out the most is how the staff recognize us and even remember our names. As repeat guests, that level of personal attention makes us feel truly valued—it’s like being treated as a priority every time we visit, and I appreciate that more than I can say. I’d like to give a special thank you to Angie and Sjarivienska, along with the wonderful breakfast staff—Isabel, Martina, and Leny—who made us feel right at home. Their kindness and attentiveness really made a difference. At the casino, the service was just as impressive. The ladies at the cashier greeted me with beautiful smiles and even remembered my name, although I didn’t get a chance to note theirs—I truly appreciate them. Mr. Siegfried and Giandra were also consistently friendly and welcoming. Bianca at the infinity pool delivered outstanding service with a smile, and overall, the customer service throughout the entire property was exceptional. It’s people like them who make me want to come back again and again—sooner rather than later!

This resort is an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a gem. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated to explore the island, yet secluded enough to feel like a private sanctuary. The highlight has to be the infinity pool. The view overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea is simply world-class; it’s the perfect spot to catch a sunset with a cocktail in hand. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the extraordinary staff. They embody genuine Curaçaoan hospitality—always greeting you with a warm smile and going above and beyond to ensure every detail of your stay is perfect. Whether it was the spotless, beautifully designed rooms or the delicious breakfast with a view, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and the warmest welcome in the Caribbean, look no further. I can’t wait to come back!

This resort is nice and in a nice location but make sure that if you set up a late check out, you are not charged! I was in line waiting to check out when the staff member was not at the front desk. I asked the customer in line was anyone helping her and she says the lady had walked away behind a door. When she came back out she was still assisting this customer, I was supposed to check out at 1pm. The staff member did not appear happy with whatever she was working on for the customer. By this time it is way past 1pm. A man finally came out to assist me. I looked at my bill for any additional charges but when I got home I see I was charged for checking out after 1pm. Not cool!!! We had a few other incidents but they tried to rectify the situation by upgrading our room, giving us a complimentary breakfast that was not good and some wine. What we loved: housekeeping staff, 5 O’clock Somewhere (shout out to Gili), Starbucks staff (inside hotel), the door men (especially the one with the gray beard) and the gym is awesome! Most of the front desk personnel were always nice and present but the day of check in was not good. Normally there are multiple staff up front but I don’t know why it was only one available for a period of time today.

Just perfect for my little getaway. I loved that the resort is sooo close to the towns , restaurants and attractions. I had a fantastic time! The pool area is absolutely a relaxing place and there’s a Starbucks in the resort where you can sit and be productive in a quiet area! Love it!
