Reunión y Recogida:

Este es un juego de caminata autoguiado, por lo que no se incluye guía ni servicio de recogida.
El punto de partida se encuentra a entre 5 y 7 minutos a pie de la terminal de cruceros
Estacionamiento cercano: Renaissance Fountain.
Ve al punto de inicio indicado en el correo electrónico e introduce tu código único en la aplicación.
Todo está a poca distancia a pie, por lo que no necesitas coche durante el juego.
El juego termina en el Pontjesbrug.
El punto de llegada se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la terminal de cruceros

Bueno saber:

El precio es de $40 por grupo, no por persona.
Para la mejor experiencia, recomendamos jugar con un grupo de 1 a 4 personas.
Si hay niños menores de 10 años en el grupo, el grupo puede ser un poco más grande.
Se necesita internet una vez para descargar la aplicación antes de que comience el juego.
Después de descargar la aplicación, no se necesita internet durante el juego.

Por el momento, el juego se puede jugar en neerlandés e inglés.
Si un puzzle es demasiado difícil, las pistas ya están incorporadas en el propio juego.

Reembolso y cancelación:

Una cancelación realizada hasta 24 horas antes de la salida del tour da derecho al huésped a un reembolso del 100%.
Con menos de 24 horas antes de la salida, el huésped no recibirá reembolso, salvo en caso de enfermedad acompañada de un certificado médico válido.
En caso de enfermedad, solo la persona enferma recibirá un reembolso del 100%. Los demás participantes de la misma reserva que cancelen el tour no recibirán reembolso, a menos que el proveedor decida lo contrario según las circunstancias.
En caso de no presentarse, perder el tour por llegar tarde o cancelar con menos de 24 horas antes de la actividad programada, se cobrará el precio completo.
En caso de cancelación por parte del operador debido al clima u otras circunstancias imprevistas, el tour será reprogramado. Si no es posible reprogramarlo o el nuevo horario no le conviene, se emitirá un reembolso completo.

I had an amazing 5-day stay at Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The service throughout the hotel was consistently good, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The man-made beach was such a cute and unique touch! It was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. I especially loved that they offer food and drink service right on the beach, it made the experience feel even more luxurious and convenient. The towel service was seamless and appreciated as well. One of the best parts of staying here is the location. It’s within close walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Plus, it’s not a very far drive to and from the airport, which made arrival and departure stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to staying here again the next time I return to Curaçao. I absolutely love this location! The staff are genuinely warm, welcoming, and truly invested in making sure we enjoy every moment of our stay. This was my third visit through Wind Creek Bethlehem, and my host Dylan always goes above and beyond to make each trip feel extra special. What stands out the most is how the staff recognize us and even remember our names. As repeat guests, that level of personal attention makes us feel truly valued—it’s like being treated as a priority every time we visit, and I appreciate that more than I can say. I’d like to give a special thank you to Angie and Sjarivienska, along with the wonderful breakfast staff—Isabel, Martina, and Leny—who made us feel right at home. Their kindness and attentiveness really made a difference. At the casino, the service was just as impressive. The ladies at the cashier greeted me with beautiful smiles and even remembered my name, although I didn’t get a chance to note theirs—I truly appreciate them. Mr. Siegfried and Giandra were also consistently friendly and welcoming. Bianca at the infinity pool delivered outstanding service with a smile, and overall, the customer service throughout the entire property was exceptional. It’s people like them who make me want to come back again and again—sooner rather than later!

The view overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea is simply world-class; it’s the perfect spot to catch a sunset with a cocktail in hand. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the extraordinary staff. They embody genuine Curaçaoan hospitality—always greeting you with a warm smile and going above and beyond to ensure every detail of your stay is perfect. Whether it was the spotless, beautifully designed rooms or the delicious breakfast with a view, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and the warmest welcome in the Caribbean, look no further. I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The suite was beautiful—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed—with a stunning view that made it hard to leave the room. It struck the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The resort itself is outstanding, but what truly elevates the experience is the vibe. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, with its unique sandy bottom creating a beach-like feel while still offering the elegance of a pool setting. Service around the pool was prompt and attentive, with staff consistently checking in without being intrusive. We were fortunate to be there during King’s Day, and it turned into one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. The energy throughout the island was incredible—vibrant, welcoming, and full of life. The locals were genuinely friendly, and both the hotel and downtown entertainment were top-tier. It added a whole new dimension to an already fantastic stay. This was our third trip to Curaçao, and without question, it won’t be our last. A special mention must go to Riangelo, who truly made this trip unforgettable. His level of hospitality went far beyond what we expected—he made us feel completely at home, like we were part of his family. It’s rare to come across someone who leaves such a lasting impression, and he is a big reason we will absolutely be returning.

I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was a lovely stay. It’s conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the Queen Emma bridge is in walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and the infinity pool is a nice touch. I loved seeing the color blue in the rooms and hallways. You can relax here or get in on the action nearby. This would have been 5 stars for me, but when I arrived my birthday decorations were not in the room, although I made arrangements with the hotel prior to my arrival. I had to request them again and be persistent, but they did decorate nicely. I would stay here again. This is a lovely property in a great location.
