• The price is $40 per group, not per person.
• We recommend playing with a group of 1 to 4 people for the best experience.
• If children under 10 years old are part of the group, the group can be a bit larger.
• Internet is needed once to download the app before the game starts.
• No internet is needed during the game after the app has been downloaded.
• The app can be downloaded from the Play Store or the Apple App Store.

• A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
• In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
