What to expect

Upon arrival, the Arcane VR Arena team will welcome you and guide you through a quick check-in. Before the game begins, the VR masters will give you a short safety and equipment briefing, explain the rules, and help you gear up with the latest wireless headsets.

Then the fear begins. You and your team will enter a dark virtual world filled with eerie sounds, flickering lights, haunting environments, and terrifying surprises. Trapped inside a mysterious facility, you must work together to uncover hidden clues, solve puzzles, and find your way out before time runs out.

Thanks to the free-roam VR arena, advanced motion tracking, 360° spatial audio, and immersive visual effects, every movement feels real. Every sound keeps you on edge. Every clue could be your only way out.

During the experience, the staff monitors the entire game to ensure safety while keeping the suspense alive. After about 45 minutes of intense gameplay, you’ll return to the lounge to relax, catch your breath, and share your escape stories - if you made it out.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
