Oost Curacao Highlights

Went to Klein Curacao with their 8:30am sailing and was beautiful, currently sitting back home and I want to go back lol. Food was great, they catered for my dad who is pescatarian so made his fish separate and that was a nice touch. Crew and captain was great, coming from one seafarer to another. Great music on the way to the island made the time fly past and the water was the bluest I’ve seen. Couple hours to roam the island relax, snorkel, go for a short walk to the lighthouse and shipwrecks, drinks were 10/10. Would recommend to anyone and I’ve already done that to my friends.

We went to visit Klein Curacao with this company. Bought the tickets online, that went smooth. The trip was great. The captain Max was extremely friendly, he even showed us some dance moves. The crew was very friendly and the service was good. We don’t eat meat, and they had prepared a separate meal for us. We were well briefed each step of the trip. It was a highlight of our stay in Curacao!

We booked a catamaran trip with them to Klein Curaçao in June. Even before boarding, the first problem became obvious when we ended up in a massive queue of people boarding - there were simply too many people. There must've been at least 40 guests on the boat, plus the crew, making the whole experience very crammed. We've been on other similar trips on other carribean islands and there were less than 15 guests on board, making the whole experience much nicer. The price and duration was about the same here as those other trips, so we didn't expect so many more people. As for the food and drinks on board - the first part was sad. They provided some buns with either a single slice of cheese or salami as breakfast. There were no alcoholic drinks served until lunch and only on the boat. Nevertheless the BBQ lunch was great so was the selection of drinks once the bar was open. The other thing we didn't like about the trip is that it was too short. 2 hours to get there, about 1 hour to do whatever on the island, then back to the boat for lunch (about 1 hour), then back to the island for less than 2 hours, and then 2 hours back to Curaçao. We didn't really have much time to relax on the island, and then just when the party was getting started, we arrived back. I would suggest adding 1 hour on the island and maybe go a bit slower on the way back to make it not feel so rushed. Despite these, it was an enjoyable day, but there's plenty of room for improvement.

We had an absolutely amazing day with BlueFinn Charters on our trip to Klein Curaçao! From the moment we got on the catamaran until the moment we got off, the energy was incredible — we genuinely felt like we never stopped dancing. The crew was unforgettable. At one point they called us up for a honeymoon slow dance, which was such a sweet and unexpected moment. On the ride back, they even opened up the sails for us despite the conditions not being ideal for sailing and knowing it would add some time to the return trip. We really appreciated them going out of their way to give us that experience. The food and drinks were fantastic. They provided breakfast sandwiches in the morning, plenty of drinks throughout the day, and an amazing grilled lunch right on the boat. Eating fresh food surrounded by that bright turquoise water was such a cool experience. Klein Curaçao itself was beautiful. We did a quick run around the island to see the lighthouse and shipwrecks, which were both really interesting and absolutely worth checking out. After that, we spent most of our time snorkeling, swimming, jumping off the catamaran, and enjoying the party on the boat. The snorkeling was one of our favorite parts, especially feeding the fish! There were SO many fish underneath and around the catamaran that some of our best snorkeling of the entire trip was right there beside the boat. We had already spent a lot of our honeymoon exploring different beaches, so we honestly didn’t feel the need to spend much time sitting on the beach at Klein Curaçao — we were having way too much fun on and around the catamaran! We were also very happy that neither of us ended up getting seasick, so we were able to enjoy every minute of the ride there and back. Between the gorgeous water, snorkeling, sightseeing, delicious food and drinks, dancing, sailing, and an incredible crew, this ended up being one of the most memorable days of our Curaçao honeymoon. BlueFinn didn’t just take us to Klein Curaçao — they made the entire journey part of the experience. My wife and I came to Curaçao for our honeymoon, and only booked one excursion off the resort while we were here. We are so glad the one we chose was Bluefinn. The staff was super friendly, informative, and lively. They got a dance party going on the way back from the island and everybody joined in. The food the crew cooked was delicious, and there was an open bar! The island was beautiful and so relaxing as well. Thanks for the best experience captain Max and crew!
