If you do not require hotel pick up and plan to arrive on your own, the exact meeting location will be shared after booking.
If you’re not requiring a transfer, you can meet the tour at the following locations:
Sunscape Hotel: Meet in the lobby at 4:30 AM
Dreams Resort: Meet at the security entrance by the boom at 5:00 PM
Guests who prefer to come to town on their own can let Blue Finn know in advance after completing the full payment. They will arrange a meeting point near Otrobanda with you. Please be on time, as late arrivals are considered a no-show and cannot be refunded.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation up to 48 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 48 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
