This guided Half-Day Rock Climbing & Abseiling tour offers an exciting and beginner-friendly introduction to outdoor climbing in Curaçao. The experience begins at the Rock Climbing Curaçao (RCC) shop, where participants are fitted with all necessary gear before heading out to Tafelberg.

After a short hike to the climbing area, the group is met with impressive views even before the adventure begins. Certified guides provide clear instructions and support throughout the climbing session, helping participants of all skill levels—whether tackling their first route or trying something more challenging—enjoy a safe and rewarding experience.

Following the climb, the tour continues with a scenic hike to the Proa lookout point, offering panoramic views across the island. The experience concludes with an exhilarating 50-meter abseil descent through “El Abismo,” a highlight of the tour that combines adrenaline and unforgettable scenery.

Additional information:

  • Minimum persons per booking: 2 persons
  • Single bookings for 1 person is also possible, for USD $120
  • Maximum persons per tour: 25 persons
  • Languages of the tour: English, Dutch or Spanish (depending on client)
  • Beginner level
  • Max Pax (people) per tour: 25 / Min Pax (people) per tour: 2 
  • You will be required to sign a waiver, you will receive this in your confirmation email, or you can fill it in at the beginning of the hike. Make sure you arrive early if you still need to sign the waiver.

Refund policy:

  • A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
  • In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
  • No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
  • In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
