What can you expect?
The Stand Up Paddle Tour begins at 10 am at Windsurfing Curaçao at Caracasbaai. The Spanish Water is an astounding lagoon, characterized by mangrove forests and outlined by beautiful villas and the impressive Tafel Berg. Some parts of the lagoon are too narrow to reach by boat. With our guided Stand Up Paddle tour you will learn to paddle standing on a SUP board while taking in some breathtaking views and learn more about the flora and fauna and history.
Where will this tour take you?
You will start paddling at the foot of the Tafel Berg and find a way right through the mangroves. Astonishing bird species such as pelicans and frigate birds soar right past your ears. Halfway you will enjoy a short swim break, or you can just relax on your paddleboard while enjoying the nature in complete silence. You will sup further along with the wind, pass the villas, and the anchored sailing ships of Spanish Water, to eventually arrive back at Windsurfing Curacao.

Know before you go:
- Children under 12 can go on the tour but must join an adult on the board
- This SUP tour is suitable for beginners and advanced paddlers. If you have never been on a Stand-Up Paddle board before, no worries. It's easy to learn and you'll get clear instructions beforehand so you'll be well prepared to hit the water.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
