Welcome and thank you for considering an advertisement with My Curaçao Guide, your premier guide to exploring the beauty and offerings of Curaçao through our magazine and TV channel. Below, you'll find our terms and conditions which form the foundation of our advertising agreement. We aim to ensure transparency and ease throughout the process of placing your advertisement, reinforcing our commitment to professionalism and a seamless partnership.

Advertisement terms:

Special Inserts: Available to enhance your advertisement impact. Please request these as needed.

Requested Positions: Opt for special positioning at a 15% premium, such as right-hand pages, to maximize visibility.

Digital Final artwork: All rates presume the provision of digital artwork in final form. Should there be a need for further computer-related adjustments, these will be addressed at an additional cost.

Digital edition and listing on My Curaçao Guide Website: All print magazine advertisers are included in the digital version of the magazine and are also featured on the www.mycuracaoguide.com website with their own listing page, at no extra cost.

Texts and Advertorials: My Curaçao Guide reserves the right to edit all advertorials for length and in keeping with the magazine style guidelines. In the interests of consistency and due to space limitations in the magazine, word-count allocations must be respected. My Curaçao Guide reserves the right to adjust any special text effects such as bold, italics, or UPPERCASE (unless part of the logo or name). Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Terms of Payment: 50% upon signing of contract, balance upon publication unless agreed otherwise.

Conditions of Sale:

The "Seller" is the company indicated on the top of the contract.
Signature on this agreement certifies full authorization to bind the represented party.
Acceptance by My Curaçao Guide’s head office finalizes this order, subjecting it to local regulatory precepts without additional notice.
Given the specificities of graphic arts, cancellations are not feasible post-acceptance.
Purchase Orders deviating from this agreement's stipulations render conflicting clauses null.
Client indemnifies My Curaçao Guide against infringements or rights violations arising from provided materials, covering all associated claims and costs.
Clients bear the burden of any processing and potential bank transfer fees.
Overdue response to invoices incurs actionable measures after 30 days; post-90 days, a 5% administrative fee is applicable per delayed invoice.
Risks for goods retained at My Curaçao Guide’s premises post-invoicing are the Client’s responsibility, exempting My Curaçao Guide’s coverage.
The comprehensive contract herein supersedes external warranties and claims, sans documented amendments or expansions by My Curaçao Guide.
Full payment transfers goods' possession from My Curaçao Guide to the Client.
Client’s establishment will feature My Curaçao Guide’s publications visibly.
Legal jurisdiction resides in either Aruba or Curaçao, governed respectively.

Production Costs:

Ad design or additional computer work necessitates a separate quote.
Design services incur additional charges, not subsumed under advertisement rates.
Advertisement revisions are billed hourly.

Printing Terms:

Exactitude in print results hinges on compliance with specified digital criteria; a 5% variance in color accuracy is noted.
Agency-provided final ads exempt My Curaçao Guide from approval processes; responsibility for content accuracy rests with the Client.
Text legibility issues for fonts below 7 pts fall outside My Curaçao Guide’s liability.
All advertising content is subject to publisher approval; delinquency in provision allows publisher-curated substitution, retaining the right to editorial adjustments.
