• This tour is not suitable for guests with joint or back problems, pregnant women, or small children.
• We recommend a minimum age of 6 years for participants.
• Sneakers or hiking shoes with a firm hold are highly recommended, as the terrain is uneven and coral cliffs can be sharp.
• Flip-flops are not allowed for safety reasons.
• Sun protection is essential: bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat or cap to stay comfortable during the tour.
• Please do not bring valuables - the open vehicle will be left unattended at times,especially when visiting remote sites.
• Transport: Safari Jeep (open sides, with roof)
• Languages: guide speaks English, Dutch & Spanish

• A cancellation up to 48 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
• Less than 48 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
• In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
