Ceviche 91 Gastrobar, located on the fourth floor of the iconic Rif Fort, offers a culinary experience as unique as the view. With panoramas over the Caribbean Sea, colorful artwork on the walls and views of the historic city center of Willemstad, it is the perfect place to enjoy creative ceviche and global tapas.
Founded by Peruvian chef Oscar Mauricio Villanueva Castro, Ceviche 91 was born from a desire for authentic flavors. The result is an exciting menu with more than 15 types of ceviche, from classic Peruvian with tiger milk to tropical with mango, jalapeños or pineapple. Each dish brings a different continent to your plate. Pair it with a cocktail or a fine glass of spirits for a complete evening.
