Meeting & pick up:

- For the ones that prefer to arrive with their own transportation, kindly note that the meet up location is at the FBT Travel office at Kaya Seru Mahuma 18-20

Know before you go:
- Price is per UTV
- 2-seater: $240 (1–2 guests)
- 4-seater: $315 (3 guests) or $415 (4 guests)
- Drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- Passengers must be 12+
- No separate child price
- Expect dust and bumpy terrain
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or guests with back/neck issues
- Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
