A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund. Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement. In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances. No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price. In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

It depends on the tour, but most include drinks and a lunch or snack. Often you’ll get soft drinks in the morning, alcoholic drinks after lunch, and many full-day tours serve a barbecue lunch on board.

It is possible to book your own boat. All tour organizations offer this service, but make sure to book in advance.
